Working with AECOM and the Maryland Transit Authority, this $3T light rail project had challenging acquisitions to make the corridor fully functional above and below ground. Ginny assisted in the final acquisitions as a Program Manager.
Consulting with HDR on FDOT policy and procedure, Ginny spearheaded making some important changes to the State and District IV right of way and engineering processes.
